As I arrived at a photo shoot this morning, these gorgeous flowers caught my eye and I just had to capture them before I photographed a favorite client of mine...
I have family, children and fashion shoots to catch you up on...Where is all the time??
Lots to photograph and post this week before we head off to a couple travel sessions next week as well as to look for a place to live in Denver...where we will reside in about a month!!

Welcome into the world little ~i~.
I have had the honor of photographing her older sister and parents last year, so it was such a joy to hear they were expecting again.
And what a perfect addition to the sweetest family.
My heart just melted at this adorable 5 day old and I enjoyed this photo shoot (in Durango) so very much.

Lesley & Zack's wedding was filled with...well, a lot of love, laughter, dancing and fun.  Just as every wedding should, but this one took it to another level of fun with amazing people, ambiance and music from the live band, dj, groom and father-of-the bride.  The focus was on the party, so that is exactly what everyone did and they enjoyed every minute of it.  And yes, Daniel and I even got on the dance floor for a while as it was too enticing *thank goodness there is no footage of that:)*.

This is just part two to their day...Part three is coming in form of some amazing surprises and moments captured in both video and photo and will be up this week for you to see!  We are finishing it up right now and can't wait to share! 

We were so honored to capture the moments for them and can't wait to show them the rest of the images and video!

I just love the anticipation on a wedding day. Every last detail has been planned and the bride and groom are surrounded by the people that love them most as they prepare for one of their biggest moments in life.  And while the process involved in getting prepared the day of varies greatly between a bride-to-be and a groom-to-be (a two+ hour difference:)), ultimately the payoff of all that hard work is clearly evident.

Daniel and I enjoyed capturing Lesley & Zack's beautiful wedding in Durango, Colorado. There were so many special moments throughout the day and so much to share with you (as you will see in another post coming soon to include photography & video of the ceremony, party, and all of amazing details that everyone involved helped provide).

See you soon Durango Kid's Mini-Sessions....

I am offering a select number of mini-sessions the last week of July to say "see you soon" to Durango.  I will be living in Denver after August, with frequent trips back to Durango to see family, friends and clients, but want to offer clients in Durango something special before I leave.

Here's the scoop:

10 mini-session slots (total) offered on these days in Durango...

** July 23rd, 24th, 25th and/or July 26th **

Session includes:
*30-45 minutes session at in-town location of heidi's choice.
*10-15 high-resolution images (in color & b/w) on disc in special case (one disk & case only).
*5x7 prints of each image to show you how they should print.
*For children or babies only, with one child per slot; additional $50/child with up to 3 children total from same family. **
*Private online gallery & shopping cart with password for 1 week to share with friends and family when images are ready.

 ~ $550 (tax already included) (**a $1,600+ value**) ~
 ~ $250 is required to secure secure slot with remainder due at session ~
~ Cash or check preferred; additional fee for payment via credit card ~

**If friend's want their children to be in one session together, all 10 slots must already be filled and there is an additional fee of $100 for the additional disc, case and prints along with all other specific information above.**
